Hiya,
Sorry I missed my Sunday post guys, I wasn’t feeling well and nothing could get me to do anything last weekend. But don’t worry I’m back with my promised winged eye tutorial. I’m still perfecting my technique but I find this method very easy. All you need is a small angled brush, an eye pencil and a gel eyeliner.
Here’s what I used:
I start off by drawing the shape of my winged eye with an eyeliner pencil. I use an eyeliner pencil because it’s easier to control for me and wipe off if I get it wrong. I start by drawing the tail. I didn’t want it too dramatic today so I kept the tail pretty short. For a more dramatic look, keep the tail quite flat and draw it out longer)
Then I connect the wing into the corner of my eye.
Then I go over the line and fill in the shape with my gel eyeliner and angled eyeliner brush. Use a handheld mirror to make it easier for you to see what you’re doing. And make sure you take your time and do it in small sections.
Voila!
Easy right? How do you do your winged eyeliner? Let me know if you tried my technique and how it works for you:)
And now, drumroll for the winner of my Valentine’s Day Giveaway!
Congratulations Barbara! I’ve emailed you the pick-up address. I’m wishing your dad a quick recovery and I hope he enjoys the perfume.
