Hey Ladies,
As much as I love being natural I am definitely what I like to term as a Lazy Natural. I mean I’ve been natural for two years and I’d say I’ve probably styled my hair about 5 times – if that! But one of the things I love about being on holiday is the freedom and time I have to do things I actually want to do. And one of those things is my hair. So I decided one rainy day that I would try a bantu knot out. Armed with freshly washed hair and an excellent two -part video tutorial by Yolanda Renee (part 1, part 2) I went in! I detangled each section with a wide tooth comb and used the Entwine Creme Gelee Syler and sealed with my Ajali Hair Oil Blend. I had about 17 bantu knots in total.
Take down 2 days after…
Your hair has a purple tint to it. Its lovely
I really don't it's just my camera lol

Lovely Bantu knot out set. Those curls are pretty tight.
Hair update 15 months natural
I really like how lovely your hair always turns out.
Thanks!
I was shocked when you said you've only styled your natural hair like 5 time…how do you typically wear your hair? For me wash and gos are a no no cos I cant handle single strand knots and tangled hair…LOL! I love Yolanda Renee's channel..very informative. For my bantu knots, I start with a two strand twist and then bantu it. You end up with double definition and it lasts longer…Day 1 hair looks shrunken up but after that it is sooooo good.
p.s. Where did you buy your Entwine products in Lagos? I've been meaning to try it out
xx
Lol, I usually wear wigs. I've seen the two strand twist first method, I'll probably try that next time. I got my Entwine products in the States
Ur bantu knots look quite nice. I've pretty much given up on it. However, just tried curling my hair with perm rods and that came out awesome.
I need to try perm rods but they just look impossible to sleep with
You're SO pretty!
I need to go see that Bantu knot tutorial because your curls came out pretty perfect!!
Thank you so much <3
