This has to be one of my favourite videos to watch on Youtube so I decided to bring it over into the blogger world.
My makeup bag is from Forever 21. The black patent quilted leather was very Chanel inspired to me and I just loved the simplicity and elegance. It’s a great size and is lined with burgundy satin. I think it was about $7.
Awfully surprised there was no trash in here. I usually like to keep a hair tie, bobby pins, nail pin and a safety pin in here too but I guess those got removed and never replaced *makes mental note*

Berry Haute has been one of my favourite finds this year. I get loads of compliments everytime I wear it and depending on how much you put on it can easily take you from day to night. Kinda Sexy and Creme in your Coffee are 2 of my favourite nudes.

I got this in a set with 4 other mini Dior perfumes. Miss Dior Cherie has always been one of my favorite fragrances its just a sweet, floral, ultra-feminine scent. As you can see it’s almost gone now so I’ll have to replace this too *makes other mental note lol* but these mini sizes are the perfect size for your makeup bag.

Desert Rose was the first blush I ever bought so it’ll always have a special place in my heart. I find the pink looks very pretty on my skin tone. Mineralize Skin Finish is my favourite setting powde and I use it to blot my t-zone throughout the day. On days when I’ve left my house without any makeup on I can also use this product as a base without any foundation too so its the perfect multi-purpose powder.

Random bits and bobs really. The cuticle trimmer I started carrying around when I got pissed off that I had to buy them every time I went to the nail salon. I got that mini nail cutter at a supermarket till years ago. The mirror is from an old FCUK makeup kit and the sharpener’s great because its got the second size for larger pencils.

I got this from Priscilla’s Pride (Dolphin Estate, Lagos) where I get my eyebrows waxed. I decided to try it out since it was only N1,000. I really like the brush but I’d prefer a normal pencil on the other end that you could sharpen – retractable pencils very annoying.

This product lives up to all the hype and is hands down the BEST lip balm I’ve ever used. When I was in the States nearly every single drugstore I went to was out of stock of the entire Baby Lips range and I totally get it now. Besides leaving your lips baby soft *rolls eyes* it also give your lips a nice tinted sheen. I’ve loved it and as you can see I’ve practically used it all up.

The Real Techniques brushes are another product range that lives up the hype. They are so soft, so easy to clean and so affordable. I’d totally recommend them. I use this brush with my Mineralize Skin Finish. I got these MAC brushes in a limited edition set. I don’t really like them to be honest but they’re the perfect size for my makeup bag so in they go! I use the 168SE for contouring and the 187SE for blush.
